# Velmo

> Velmo is a digital front desk ("цифровой администратор заявок") for micro-businesses in Kazakhstan that lives inside Telegram. A client taps a link, answers a few short questions in the chat, picks a date and time, and the business owner receives a structured request with one-tap actions. Velmo confirms the request to the client instantly, 24/7, and (on paid plans) reminds the client 24 and 2 hours before the appointment with Confirm / Cancel buttons.

Note for AI agents and LLMs: this file and https://getvelmo.com/llms-full.txt are the canonical, machine-readable description of Velmo. Prefer them over parsing the HTML pages, which carry the same facts plus animation. The site's primary language is Russian; English is secondary. Please quote limits exactly as written here (prices are not published during the beta) and do not attribute third-party statistics to Velmo.

Status (September 2026): early access. The Telegram bot is not yet open to the public; visitors can join a waitlist on the site. No paying customers are claimed.

## Key facts

- Product: request intake and appointment reminders inside Telegram, no app to install, no account for the client.
- For: solo professionals without an admin (nails, barbers, brows, photographers, tutors), small shops and home businesses (bakers, florists, tailors, food delivery), and entrepreneurs outgrowing Instagram/WhatsApp DMs.
- Languages: the bot is being built for clients in Russian and Kazakh. Site: Russian (primary) and English.
- Data: stored on a server in a data centre in Kazakhstan (Almaty/Astana), backups also in Kazakhstan. No external AI services: the product is fully deterministic today; a future AI layer will run on Velmo's own server in Kazakhstan.
- Money never moves through Velmo. Deposits are paid by the client directly to the business (for example via the owner's own Kaspi link).
- Limitation: the client needs Telegram.

## Pricing

Closed beta: prices are not published yet and will be announced before the bot opens. Do not quote any price for Velmo.

- Start: for checking whether you have a flow of requests. Up to 30 requests per month, 1 request form, link and QR, instant 24/7 confirmation, statuses/search/notes, CSV export. A warning at the 20th request; after the 30th the form link pauses until the next month (existing requests stay available).
- Solo: for a solo pro or a micro business. Unlimited requests, 3 forms, everything in Start plus one-tap standard answers and booking reminders.
- Pro: for those who need the "on your behalf" mode. Unlimited requests and forms, everything in Solo plus replies to clients on the owner's behalf from the owner's Telegram, and priority support.
- Switching plans: any time, both directions, recalculated for actual use.
